Carol Hidalgo
My name is Carol Hidalgo. I am a registered dental hygienist and the treatment
coordinator for all new patients. I am from the Lafayette area and have lived
here most of my life. I have three daughters and an assortment of pets. I
enjoy working outside, traveling, and riding my motorcycle. I began my dental
hygiene career at Loyola University in New Orleans. I graduated in 1975 with
a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. I am an active member of
the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Louisiana Dental Hygiene Association,
the Acadiana District Dental Hygiene Association and the American academy
of Cosmetic Dentistry. I love helping my patients have a healthy mouth and
body and having "A smile that says it all!"
Elizabeth Tauzin
Hi, my name is Elizabeth Tauzin. I am married to a wonderful husband Jude and have an amazing son Jackson. I began working at Dr. Malone's office
as a hygiene assistant working with my mom who is a full-time hygienist at
Dr. Malone's. As I grew up around people focused on complete oral health
and dentistry, I knew that following in my mom's footsteps would be the way
for me. Since I worked as a hygiene assistant here, I knew that this was
the kind of practice I dreamed of working for. The amazing and friendly staff,
and Dr. Malone's talent as a cosmetic dentist, makes every day something to
look forward to. I graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans
in dental hygiene and I am now employed as a full-time hygienist here with
my mom. I am actively involved in the American Dental Hygiene Association
on national, state, and local levels along with the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry.
Billy Malone
My name is Billy Malone. I am the Business Manager for Mike Malone,
DDS and Associates. I like to travel and enjoy movies, music, and fishing
in my spare time. I graduated from Louisiana State University in 1999 with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. I am responsible for the marketing
and financial aspects of the practice. In addition, I am the network administrator
for a seventeen computer small area network within the practice. With this
network of computers we are able to offer our patients the most up to date
dental technology including digital x-rays, intra oral video cameras and
digital photography and presentations.
I also assist Dr. Malone in preparing all digital presentations for his many lectures.
Overall, I enjoy seeing our patients
get the best dental care available and having the beautiful smiles to prove
it!
Marilyn Guidry
My name is Marilyn Kahn Guidry. I have lived in Cajun Country all my life and can't imagine living anywhere else. I have a daughter teaching in New Orleans and am
a huge pet lover. I enjoy cooking, traveling, fishing and movies. I've worked in dentistry for 39 years and can't imagine doing anything else. My job in Dr. Malone's
office is of Appointment Coordinator. This position enables me to meet all
different types of people, which I especially enjoy. It is rewarding for
me to be able to offer the highest quality of dental health care to all of
our patients. Working as a part of Dr. Malone's team is very gratifying because
every day we help our patients to feel better about themselves.
Melanie Kline
My name is Melanie Kline. I am married to a wonderful man Thomas. We have a one year old son and a dapple Dachshund that keep us on our toes and laughing.
I have been a dental professional for over 13 years and have been Dr. Natalie Brasseaux's dental assistant for over 8 years. With cutting edge technology
and personalized care, we give our patients a reason to smile.

Hernandez
My name is Lyle Ann Hernandez. I am married to a Pharmacist, and together we have six children, fifiteen grand-children, a precious dog and a seventeen year old cockatiel. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening in our wildlife habitat, volunteering for Hospice of Acadiana, and exercising on a regular basis. Several years ago, I retired from working as a dental assistant for 24 years in the same dental office. Even though I have my own business as a health and nutrition consultant, I missed working in the dental field. I received a call from Dr. Malone asking me if I would be interested in a part-time position in the Advanced-Powered "Zoom" Room. I accepted, and am enjoying this incredibly hi-tech environment, with an enthusiastic and compatible staff. The "Zoom" procedure allows for instant gratification. I must say, that it is also quite gratifying seeing the patient leave with a happy, bright and beautiful smile!

Hi, my name is Keasha Castille. I am married to Jody and we are expecting our first child in January 2008. I joined Dr. Malone's team in 2001. Working at the office made my passion for dentistry grow. While in hygiene school I worked as a hygiene assistant, Dr. Malone's assistant and also as a lab assistant. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Dental Hygiene. I serve as an active member in the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Louisiana Dental Hygiene Association. My passion grows everyday as I help to educate my patients and give them a reason to smile.

Broussard
My name is Brittni Broussard. I grew up in Lafayette and always wanted to be a part of the dental field. In 2005, I attended the Acadiana Area Career College and became a Certified Dental Assistant. In 2007, I furthered my education and became an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. At Dr. Malone's, I currently work as the hygiene assistant. I work side by side with the hygienists to help them in any way possible. Our goal is to give our patients the best care possible and to help our patients have a happy, healthy smile!

My name is Shondra Duhon. I am happily married with two boys. My family and I enjoy watching movies and spending time outdoors. My dental career with Dr. Malone started in 2004 as a hygiene assistant. I am now currently a chair side dental assistant with Dr. Malone. The most rewarding part of my job is giving our parients a smile they can be proud of. Our well rounded team makes the practice/patient relationship a unique experience. I enjoy the person to person relations we establish with our patients. At Dr. Malone's you are not just a patient, you are a friend.
